DIY Halloween Costumes
Pop culture gives us some of the best costumes year after year and this year, we’re showing you the top 4 easiest DIY costumes you can pull off this year. Grab your keys and head over to your local Frank’s for these items and throw your look together in a snap.
Dwight from The Office
Arguably one of the most iconic characters from the hit show, Dwight is sure to be recognized at the Halloween party. To dress as Dwight, stop at the dollar store or party store and grab a similar pair of glasses such as aviators with a clear lens. Head over to Frank's to piece together a suit if you don't have one already.
If a suit isn't our style, try his signature short sleeve dress shirt or our Modena Short Sleeve Dress Shirts with a basic tie and you'll be looking sharp.
Jim from The Office
While Jim may be unrecognizable to anyone just looking at your simple costume, if you have a Pam by your side, you’ll be sure to catch a second glance from most people. Put a name tag on your Enro Non Iron Dress Shirt (preferably in blue), and grab a Dunder Mifflin mug; if you want to get a little more festive, try one of Jim’s “Halloween” looks like this three-hole punch costume.
The Legendary Danny Zuko
Growing up, didn’t we all want to be Danny Zuko? Even a little? Here’s your chance to finally live out your lifelong dream of being the famous greaser. There are one of two ways to go with this look, either the black on black similar to his last scene outfit with Sandy or the iconic white t-shirt and black jeans.
As long as you have your converse and a good comb, you’re gonna be looking too cool, you know, rockin’ and rollin’ and what not. (1948 Ford De Luxe Convertible not included, sorry!)
Lucas from Stranger Things
Are you on the Stranger Things bandwagon like we are? This outfit throws it back almost as far as Danny Zuko does; the easy to replicate and oh-so-memorable 80s looks will be sure to spark conversation at your Halloween gathering.
Although his jacket may be stuck in the 80s, we have a new fall arrival that is sure to do the trick: the Polo Half Zip comes in a perfect wine color that matches just as well. Along with that, you’ll want to quickly pick up our Cutter and Buck Striped Polo- it’s too good to be true and way too comfy to be considered a costume. Lastly, throw on a pair of our new Tommy Bahama Key Isles Jeans, the grey matches all too well with Lucas’ pants in the show. Head to the dollar store and grab a slingshot, you’re good to go defeat the demogorgons.
